FAQ's

What shipping service do you offer?

All product prices are inclusive of P&P to the UK. I can send your order to the rest of the world for a flat fee which you can select at checkout. Most items are sent via courier (Hermes, or similar provider, depending on the size of your parcel) and will be with you within a week of ordering. This time-frame allows me to ensure your order is wrapped as securely as possible, as well as factoring in the delivery service drop-off schedule. Please ensure you factor this into ordering if it's for a gift.

Can I return an unwanted item?

Unfortunately, I do not except returns and do not offer refunds as standard. All items you see on the website include photos with minimal editing and a full description about the product and its use, giving you a clear picture about the product before you order.

Should you receive the wrong order (silly me) or an item arrives broken, please get in touch with me via email hello@blwceramics.studio and I will do my best to offer a replacement or fix.

Do you use sustainable packaging?

All orders are packed in re-used boxes with re-used bubble wrap, re-used filling, and/or sustainable paper wrap. Whilst I try and aim for a high-end finish to my work, it makes sense to ensure the product is looked after in the best way possible - which isn't always the prettiest. Where you can, please re-use the boxes and filling too!

Do you attend markets and events?

I take part in some markets in and around London or online, a few times per year. I typically share the information about these events on my Instagram, so please follow @lloydy_potter for all the latest.

Where else can I find your work?

I am currently stocking a small selection at AEL Furniture, at Smithy Farm in the Midlands (where I am from originally). Please follow  @aelfurniture on Instagram for more information. A full list of stockists will hopefully be released on this website soon.

Are you looking for new stockists?

Yes! Ideally you will be a London based interiors store or small gallery. I'd love to have some platters on display and for sale with you. Please contact me via email hello@blwceramics.studio or DM me via Instagram to discuss.

Do you take commissions and custom orders?

I do! I am open to working with you on a project for your home or table. PLease use the contact form below to get in touch with your ideas.

A little note on bespoke glazing: I tend to follow a monochrome colour palette (at any one time) to emphasise the hand-built organic forms with bold and illustrative designs. If you're looking for specific glaze effects please bear in mind that all glazes react differently in the kiln - this is the magic of alchemy, meaning your piece will be truly unique. The more flexible you are about the outcome, the better your expectations will be met :)
